You can access your account in the main menu to review your subscription order, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, change your payment method, and more. For additional information, see Managing Your Subscription.

About

Monitor My Watershed Data Sharing Portal is built by scientists, for scientists, working together to address big environmental challenges and scientific questions.

Monitor My Watershed is owned by Stroud Water Research Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and payments will be received by the Stroud Center. Payment is only required for submitting data to Monitor My Watershed; data visualization and data download do not require payment. 100% of subscription funds go toward Monitor My Watershed operating expenses.

Managing Your Subscription

Check Subscription Status

Use the Account link in the main menu to log in and access your dashboard. In the left-hand menu, click My Subscription. The first box on that page displays the following information:

  • Subscription tatus
  • Start date
  • Last order date
  • Next payment date, and end date (if any).

View Subscription Details

On the My Subscription page, the second box displays your subscription type, price, and the names of your organization and primary user. The Upgrade or downgrade button lets you switch to any other subscription option

Change Subscription Tier or Renewal Frequency

On the My Subscription page, in the second box, use the Upgrade or downgrade button to switch to a different subscription plan

Change Payment Card Information

There are two paths to update your payment card information. In My Account, click Payment methods in the left-hand menu, or click My Subscriptions, and in the first box, click the Change payment button. 

Change Billing Name, Email, and Address

On the My Subscription page, the last box shows the name, billing address, phone number, and email address associated with your subscription. 

  • To change the billing address, click on Addresses in the left-hand menu.
  • To change the name or email address, click on Account Details in the left-hand menu.

Change Account Owner

  1. Be sure you’re ready to hand the account over, because once you update the account information, you will no longer be able to log in. 
  2. If necessary, change the payment card and billing address information before changing ownership. 
  3. Once you’re ready, go to the dashboard and click Account details in the left-hand menu to update the account holder’s name and email address. You can also change the password on this page. If you prefer, have the new account holder use the password reset link on the login page to reset it.

Print Invoices

The Related Orders box on the My Subscription page lets you view and download an invoice for each of your orders.

Turn Off Auto-Renew

Go to the My Subscription page and in the first box, toggle Auto-renew on or off.

Cancel Subscription

Go to the My Subscriptions page and in the first box, click the Cancel button.
